Seryo literally confessed to him TWICE in chapter 7. First he said falling in love is not easy right after talking about how Yuzuru’s words impacted him, and damn Yuzuru thought it was about Shino??? Then he said he *like* Yuzuru for who he is! My Japanese copy is unfortunately back home, but I’m pretty sure he used the word “suki”. That’s why when Yuzuru replied with a thanks, he sorta freaked out thinking it’s not reciprocated.
