I think it’s very possible that jooan’s feelings are genuine and not just because of the “heartbreak”. Clearly based on the previous chapters, he’s been self centered and probably only looked at seojoon as a presence that serves him. He probably only saw seojoon as related to him and not seojoon as an independent person, but now because a bunch of sudden changes in his life, he’s had a change in perspective and is seeing all these sides of seojoon he didn’t know before. I still think seojoon is so totally justified in his skepticism but we all know they’re gonna get together and clearly they’re about to get freaky but I think other than showing he can get aroused by him, this chapter he also showed that he was less self- centered by hurting himself to protect seojoon

I’m gonna assume that most of the closeted people reading this are younger, and as someone who’s been out for over a decade, I just wanna say that the people who deserve to be in your life will adjust their mentality and accept you and the ones who don’t don’t deserve you. This is honestly a decent depiction of the kind of things abusive partners do in real life. They do enough sweet things that you love them and make excuses for the abusive parts and try to make you completely dependent on them so you feel like you can't leave.
