No, not really. I’m kind of a unc because I need to focus what I’m reading because my native language is not English, maybe If I wouldn’t give that much care about what I read, I’ll be able to listen music at the meantime, but I’m too invested all the time. Lol.
Tbh I listien to a lot of r and b. Lately I've been listening to. A lot of summer walker and Leon Thomas. Kinda left field but I also listien to fuerza regida and grupo frontera. But I like to listen to lo-fi usually or rain sounds when I'm reading

Lol yea when I'm usually reading something really investing I just turn off music, most of the time I just read stuff that doesn't require a lot of brainpower because my job is kinda stressful and I just like to come home and read fluff
same, I just listen to white noise or just any background sound. I like to match the BL I'm reading to my surroundings or the situation I'm in. for example, if I'm in the same room or the room next to a group of people arguing, I like to read intense and dramatic BLs. but if im at home and the only noises I hear are the fan that's on maximum during a hot weather, I like to read wholesome or romantic BLs.

I used to just play whatever i liked at the time when reading as a background noises but sometimes the song matched so well i looped it for the entirety of my reading time kono yubi tomare by lonepi fits the 3 hunterverse manhwa i was reading when the song just released and im kinda attached to both the song and the manhwas now

Ngl best u can do is either read mostly fanfics on ao3 or look for fanarts on twitter which most of the time are not a complete dj.
There's poipiku, privatter, and posttype too but you might need to use a translator to find/read most of them (and also some posts are paywalled)
