When has it ever been hinted that Nam Woori and Shin Soobin would kiss? The most they have is random LGBTQ jokes in the manhwa that are done irl all the time too. Not once has either Woori nor Soobin shown an inkling of romantic interest with each other nor does the author promote the book as Bl, it is not something that can even be inferred from reading the synopsis.

As a homosexual, have you never touched bromance? It's one thing being queercoded and and another thing to be queerbaiting. I see them both platonically and romantically, however I can reason with them being more platonic than I can romantic.
Nam Woori is eccentric, extraverted, narcissistic, insensitive and rich alongside being sheltered. Soobin is someone petty, vengeful, jealous and complex and has been raised with nearly nothing. The potential relationship between them, even if it were to hypothetically be canon would not work because it relies Woori to be actively interested in pursuing and understand Soobin beyond the effort he put in knowing everyone else because Soobin is more complicated than the fickle friend group Woori is aligned with.
Not to mention, it would create many arguments on Soobin's perspective and he would start to resent Woori more as a boyfriend because while he's nice, he's also superficial and easily swayed. He would have difficulty believing Woori truly likes him. To say that it's queerbait shows you don't understand why it couldn't work in present time. Ships are awesome, a big part of every fandom— however suspecting a ship NOT being canon because it's bait when the reasons for not being attracted to each other isn't even just related to gender specifically is odd.

i still do very much ship woori x soobin, and while i know that they will most likely never end up canon or confirmed, i made this post to inform people that if they do want to read a bl, this is not a bl, as i started this for that exact reason.
