If u want ppl to see it you can recommend it to ppl when you see someone asking for smth related to your list, And maybe recommend it on manga topics that you put in your list (note that you could get disliked, since then it's unasked for and ppl will definitely get annoyed if you do it a lot) otherwise literally no one will EVer see it

Just make the list. No one is going to see it, make a title only you understand. My lists has 0 views since forever Hahaha.
