I really hope all the build up for Isagi is to build his OP-ness if not and it ends with him realizing his place is just supporting the team I will off myself like damn

I’m in tears though now that Claude is back I don’t want him to take away Arby’s development and progress. I want him to side her to win back the throne but I want to see Athy do that on her own. Or else all of that plot would be wasted

Honestly I can’t blame the emperor anymore and I don’t think the Empress does either. She still made it clear she dislikes him for his actions he’s taken against her in this timeline but she can’t hold his old timeline’s actions against him now. Honestly all the main cast have terrible pasts but now I feel for the emperor the most. The Empress is going to be his first love. A man who barely loves himself is gonna chase after a woman who hates him. His confidence in his existence is already starting to dwindle and to me he’s always seemed like the suicidal type. This time maybe just to prove how sorry he is to his wife he might die and I feel really sorry for him. All his life he’s told to hold it in, endure it, hide and he’s found someone who doesn’t care about that despite hating him. Mans can’t catch a break.

I knew it was good immediately since the plot itself was not generic but when it got to chapter 15 the emotions the mc brought out caused me to bawl. I haven’t cried like that with any manhwa or webtoon this far and I have to say for this to be my first makes me appreciate this so much more. It was definitely worth picking up.

Someone on the reviews said they though that the fl was the sis so I almost didn’t pick this up. I’m glad I still went ahead and read bc now I’m certain they actually r siblings and that romance isn’t the main part of the story. His relationship with his family is what the story is actually about.

I can’t tell if I support ML’s sis’s relationship w a married man. She legit knew and still carried on w him. Like?? And the fact the ML okay w that fact that she may have potentially abandoned him to fend off Jeha and his family makes me feel rlly sad. Idk I want her to meet her bro and tell him exactly what was going thru her mind.
