Honestly in my opinion it's the first time I'm on the MLs side the MC is in need of some serious therapy

The mc is rather obsessed with the ml.
The ml hangs out with him but honestly I don't think he lead him on it was friends outings like dinner and shit the ml never tried anything
Then one night on the MLS birthday the MC tried to kiss him the ML put down clear boundaries that he didn't sleep with younger men and was honest that he would get engaged soon arranged or not so he told the mc no he even stopped talking to the mc after the mc tried to kiss him
Then the mc started fake dating someone and kept messaging the ml to try and get back into his life but the ML kept the boundaries he set
Then when the ML was going through a rut the mc stopped at his house (didn't know at this point he was in a rut) and let himself in just like that he just walked into the man's house
He noticed the overwhelming amount of pheromones and the ML literally told him to get the fuck out before he lost against his rut and begged the mc to stay
The mc knowing this man wasn't in his right mind and going through a rut (he explained earlier how bad his heat was to the point he had to throw his phone in the toilet to stop from calling an alpha) he went into this man's room
They slept together and afterwards the ML acknowledged it was a mistake and told him they couldn't see each other again because again he was getting engaged
The mc started freaking out the ML again broke all contact but the mc got pregnant and showed up at his work
Obviously the ML was sceptical that the baby was his because he had the snip snip and he thought the MC had a boyfriend (he didn't know they were fake dating)
But they found out the snip snip got reversed (this does happen) and the ML stepped the fuck up he told the mc he would marry him and shit because it's the right thing to do once again even though the mc kept testing him by asking what if the baby isn't urs the ml still stepped up but again they BOTH know this isn't a marriage out of love
The MC keeps bitching and moaning that the ml is only marrying him because he had to (the ML never claimed anything else) or that the ML doesn't believe the baby is his even though the MC keeps yo-yoing saying NO THE BABY IS URS! (We all know the baby is the MLS but he doesn't for sure) But then turns around saying like but what will u do if the baby isn't urs?
It's an honest to God shit show the ML is just trying to do the right thing and people are shitting on him from every which way while coddling the MC who's just experiencing the consequences of his own actions
If it was reversed and the ML went to MCs house and slept with him while he was lost in a heat people would be loosing their fucking minds!
I'm reading this because I hope the ML gets his happy ending and the MC gets some much needed help

I actually agree with you. As the story goes you can really say that Asel seriously need to rethink some life decisions, because he might convince himself that Seo (ml) is only doing all this out of pity, yet he keeps wanting to stick with him. I also think people are on the mc's side because we're only getting the mc's pov, and not all would dare think otherwise of mc since the story does make him look like the victim of being lead on. I did say before in my comment, that the ml keeps giving mix signals which I also think just him being caring towards mc, perhaps out of pity about his situation. Which the story portrays in mc's pov as mix signal and Asel's delulu mind took this as the sign that maybe Seo might feel something towards him and questions why he is being kind to someone like him.
