Unfortunately, they won't go away. You might have a hormone imbalance that causes the pain. My gf has horrible cramps due to her PCOS, she used to take estrogen for it but the hormone therapy was also making her really sick, so she stopped.

it would only happen if the female population was on an extreme decline, but even then you would have more tube/lab babies over men actually giving birth.
