I m not sure if it's a manhwa or a novel
And my memory is a little fuzzy from what I can remember,I think it's a guiding story where the mc fell into a black hole for 10 years or less I think he had a boyfriend during that time but his boyfriend who is an esper chose his guide over him thats how he entered into the black hole before that he wanted to confront them about their relationship the mc before he fell into the black hole was normal so 10 years later the hole opens up again and this man saves him with his team they take him to the hospital where they find out he has turned to a guide with like 100 percent matching rate with the ml who saved him his old boyfriend that abandoned him now finds him he acts crazy trying to force him or something can't remember but the mc has a brother with a important position I think
