I read the novel past where Ahin basically almost killed her, through his selfishness she is dragged back without any consequences to him. He arrogantly still gaslights her and they never really apologize for everything, she leaves him to go to school though then comes back basically at his call. I hate Ahin, they ruined him. He became a POS, who is just like he was at the very beginning of the story and lost all Character Growth to move the plot after such a horrific incident.

They touch on PTSD for Vivi, but he arrogantly refuses to cater to it and they steal her back pretty much mid recovery to force a relationship since he's getting hit on by successor breeding candidates. Not once does he actually confirm anything with her before taking her to bed either. Ash, the Black Panther in the novel wins MVP for person who cares about vivi the most. Everyone else is trash for using her at the expense of her almost life. They treated her like a toy, Ahin at beginning and now End again the most egregious about it. I really hate the ML now and dropped it here for webtoon at ch 118. Dropped it last book for novel series, was great until they turned him into a straight up POS. Shocked me their reunion afterwards was trashy and whitewash the abuse.

Read the entire novel, love the FL and ML both. It was consistent for Character Growth, had few time skips unexpectedly and was ridiculously satisfying to read until the end.

They start out as kids, her brother and her as basically experiments of their insane father. Her brother, as a battle weapon was trained to be a Machine on the battlefield. Nothing else, as they both were undergoing magical brainwashing. She had gone through transmigration and was dealing with it in place of the doomed extra. Her brother in OG story eventually tried killing her, but she was already terminally ill from the experiments she was being used for in OG storyline. She attempted to change this, seeing as her brother is just rough around edges atm. So, when he gives her slime as a prezzie, she grows attached to both of them through various events.

Unfortunately her father finds out about it, after a few mishaps and hunts the slime down after she attempts to save it by getting it out just in time. It takes months of worry, but they torture the slime once found and her brother finds out the end of it. She builds a tiny tomb, empty gravesite though she goes to pray there as years pass. Meanwhile, a guy who is supposed to be part monster and an Insane ML wakes up randomly remembering the slime's life. Also, that the FL told him all about the OG story and being from another world Destined to marry the ML then die. When confession of her dark tastes came out while teasing her slime. Lol.

He was in a coma, from some Betrayal and spent months in a stasis state of unconsciousness. He starts making serious changes, remembering everything our FL told him about her tastes. The carries monster blood, a water demon in his lineage. So, it explains him randomly changing to slime after this incident happened and he woke up. That eventually stops when he's together with FL trying to be Husband and wife. He married her all those years later like she claimed her character would be forced too in the story, built a tower to confine her to her dark confinement ending taste she confessed to and starts obsessing terribly until she finds out he used to be her slime near End of story.

They live happy ever after, though end was lame for rewinding time to make her soul split to finish off her scary dad and his minions. Her ML on speed run status redid whole story with a fake half her for like two chapters before unlocking her soul from a crack in time for no reason. (づ￣ ³￣)づ

I don't like the way the webtoon artist draws female clothing, it's outright terrible and looks like a pink hanging frilly sack. This webtoon is great, better than book I read of it which drags....

Unfortunately-

This is another one that thinks putting sparkling stuff around a dress, that isn't even tailored, makes up for shoddy made clothing. The shalala bs, or sparkles don't fix a bad design. Please learn to make clothes that fit females, if you're drawing them for a special scene....I know they're never going to see this, but had to say it really is an eyesore when the rest of this thing is a pretty good masterpiece.

Male clothing is great, looks fantastic, but makes FL look worse for it in comparison...

It has a real R19 smutt volume at End, literally about 100 pages. Loved his rolling under her in the novel too, just a bit more than in the webtoon when she leaves. I own all 5 books and ridi usually has the set on sale for like 5 bucks.

This is THE ONLY regret MLs I like and think the FL is extremely strong after Raymond's games in beginning. She is so great and brutally cold in a way you just never get to see in these. I like Hayden more tbh, but Raymond is okay by End since he properly was made to regret for years.(づ￣ ³￣)づ

New toki has all of it, just not translated. It's way farther along than this. Papago translate works to change it to Eng, if you have two devices. One loads it and you use your phone to snap a picture it translates just fine.

This is actually 15 novel volumes long, with about 415 chapters total. I made it to chapter 125, really one of the more excellent ones. Cute all the way through, confusing at first and I think that's why it got a low rating.

This has a solid plot, has fewer than average timeskips and the Characters stay consistent in their performance throughout. It's definitely slow on Romance, but the connection between her and the ML from the holy kingdom is real. He's appeared already, the silver haired guy she keeps running into. They meet up several times after this.....

A few differences between the novel and Webtoon, some scenes are skipped or changed like her at the first ball being forced to over eat by oldest brother. [She throws up in a very dramatic way in the novel, getting bounced around by the new father, but think they had her fainting in webtoon instead. The novel actually talks about stuff like that, which is kind of comedic though makes the Characters feel more real.]

Makes it worth it to read both, I enjoy this series far more than thug baby gangster that just released. People who claimed it's super generic haven't nearly read enough and tbh it's clearer/more fun in beginning in actual novel. The webtoon I follow a bit more loosely and I actually liked the novels enough to buy all 15 on Google play. You can indeed translate it there in app, or just visit book toki with the KRN name in chrome so it pulls fully translated. ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ

Own mtl of full novel, DROPPED BECAUSE THE ML IS TRASH WHO LET HER GET KILLED PRETENDING NOT TO KNOW HER AS THE HIDDEN FRIEND. No one noticed that, but yeah he's a betraying Selfish pos just like her fkd up parent and I never forgave any of them. They're trash who repeatedly repent after 60 chapters though before that and last life they were true garbage. The first life she trusted her killer, because she thought he was her 'hidden' lying stalker of a POS ML. Who never came forward that life to help her or even tell her who he is. Had to of known she was being abused as he kept visiting her as a hidden person... he does same bullshit this life too. Selfish and unforgivable creep. Both princes Fck her dad for being a ungrateful douche after she saved him and their army from starvation no less. He just was going to send her back, with zero guilt. Turned out he could of saved his wife and been a real dad but left them to rot last life and this one to fight for absolutely nothing. It was only required they be gone in svc for 3 months and he could of came home the entire time he left her ass to rot. GARBAGE MOFOE!!!!! 

HE APOLOGIZED TOO LATE AT 60 CHAPTERS IN AND THIS IS AFTER HE WAS GOING TO THROW HER AWAY, TILL FINALLY NOTICING THE ABUSE FROM ANOTHER PERSON. NEVER CARED ABOUT HER BEFOREHAND. TRASH. GARBAGE, read the novel and it never got better since they gloss over it and FL just like a fking id**t forgave immediately after finding out the retarded abandoning moron of a dad only gave embezzled money for the bare minimum of doing child support. Bought all the novels, unfortunately after reading the spoilers I know this stupid story devolved to trash heap status around chapter 90. Zero resolution, they go "nice" and lose honor/integrity. Bow to the shitty useless new emperor and those corrupted nobles with zero reader satisfaction. It's trash garbage for the ending, DROPPING NOW 1*

They truly just white wash everything and the CP is never punished, neither is the OG FL and they just literally sign over everything to the shitty country. I got to book 2, webtoon is much closer to where they trade the Chade family policy to be evil.

They decided it was better to kneel to the nobles tha tdd kept attempting killing Rose and the rest. Plus they killed their cats for fun. It was a trash heap of zero satisfaction. Wtf.
