I get this is basically a porn dominated site but wtf, this is messed up. The incest is so unncessary, and the way it's just romanticized?? Hell naw. I've read some good psychological horrors with incest depicted as wrong and they were good because they never try to sugarcoat this type of grooming and incestous topics. Let's nit normalize this shit.
As an opener, this manga subverted my expectations. It's pov is mostly from the seme, which seems unusual as most of the bls I've read have the uke's pov. I think this worked way better since it also came as a surprise how open Hazuki was with Honda and how horny he was. And it's not like other ukes where they basically accept anything the seme does to them and forgive them (even though sometimes it's borderline sexual assault or forcing kinks on them). Hazuki set clear boundaries, closed off a bit out of fear in the middle of the story and then got very honest and open in the end as a resolution to his arch, learning to trust love.
Honda, despite being a simple mc, manages to subvert the role of innocense that is usually atributed to ukes. He's innocent in the sense of being a virgin, inexperienced in romantic partnerships and having workplace dynamics. But it works because of his resilience (completely different from harassment, which is what Ken was doing ), the power to give his romantic interest a chance to reciprocate his love.
Also as an extra, I wanna add that Hazuki's stupid ass deadpan expression kills me every time. He know what he's doing He uses his stupid ahh cute face for appeal, you can not fool me.
Overall, this was a good read. Maybe too good of a read considering I found about this manga and author from Pinterest. The weirdest and horniest titles always appear on my feed. I recently read two of my now top 5 bls. Pinterest is the source of the sauce.
SPOILERS!!!
I finished reading this, and the only comments I have are: I wish I could erase all my memories of this manwha so I can read it for the first time once more, I wish I had started it sooner and I wish there were extra chapters for their wedding and the aftermath.
I'm not a huge fan of omegaverse, I mean it. I've only ever seen it as a smut only fantasy where heteronormativity is still present, but the alpha x alpha llot completely twists the narrative. It felt more like challenging heteronormativity, because their relationship is seen as "strange" and "unnatural" because they are both alphas, just how people may see mlm and wlw as something strange because they're both men, or they're both women. I liked how despite setting up that Nicolas, Kyle's lover, turned into an omega despite being born an alpha, they didn't do the same with Lyle.
Anyways, I loved it so much, I'm just salty we didn't get to see the outdoors sex ╥﹏╥

Heated rivalry if it wasn't false advertisement. By that I mean it's still as shit as heated rivalry, but at least there IS or was a rivalry in the first place.
