Well Dane will nearly die a few time because of his job and Grayson can't really handle the thought of Dane being in danger all the time. Dane notice that and decides to quit and tells Grayson that now it's on him to pay for all his insurances and everything. Of course Grayson is more than willing to become Dane's personal black credit card and ensure that he'll have a relaxed leisure life with Darling (his cat). So yeah in the end they're both happy, no ones pregnant and they only have their senior fur babies to take care off

I think this kind of thinking is very Miller like (It technically runs in the family.) remember how Dominic didn’t even think twice following after Ashley Juliet after he passed? I was like Sir give the man a break! But he’s blinded by his love for his Ashley so what can we do? Didn’t even hesitated leaving his son Ashley alone.
Ashley would follow Koi too if Koi would go first. He already made it clear even from the start.
Nathaniel went as far as to kill someone just so Chrissy’s past won’t get revealed. Went as far a taking drugs to supressed his pheromones with unknown side effects just so he couldn’t turn Chrissy to an Omega all because Chrissy is afraid of making the same mistake as what his mother did. (If a person is willng to go that far then following Chrissy to death wouldn’t be an impossible scenario.)

After reading the novel, they still say that Grayson wanted to traumatize chase, used to bully him, he was jealous of chase bla bla. The most shocking thing I saw today was that "Grayson made our poor baby Chase believe that he did it with a dog so that he could never have normal sex again with any person".
"Koi was taking Chase and bliss away together but Ashley didn't let that happen otherwise out baby would have had a little decent childhood".

Everything happened because one situation led to another and on a way everyone was responsible and everyone was a victim too. Multiple victims can co-exist. This whole universe is a very well depiction of circumstances and choices and parenting. You can't blame any one single person here.
And now what I think about the characters here:
If I'm not missing any point, then all the MLs of "if you cn series" (except Domnic and a bit of Nathaniel) are very much Green for their partners only but you can't say that any of them are Green as a person. It's just that after reading all the novels I came to like Grayson a lot considering and comparing all of the ML's situation and all of their psychological condition, parenting effects, them with their partners and them with others beside their partners.
Grayson and Nathaniel as a character are very intresting to read. They keep u on hook, they made u look forward to their actions. It was nice to see Nathaniel fall in love actually.
Chase I consider is violent yet sensitive by nature and also kind of dumb and cute (I still remember when he was asking josh to increase his height or switch faces lol). But his character didn't go through any much development and was kind of plain in comparison with others. Basically his character is overshadowed by Josh.
I felt KMIYC is very good for a solo read. But comparatively, it lacks lots of explainations, depth, Miller family background details and lots of half-baked knowledge and biased perspective which I find the main reason of the conflicts different fandoms are having right now. I mean how many of KMIYC only readers knw the age at which Chase manifested, how many siblings he has, how dangerous their pheromones actually are, what exactly their parents did, how chase ended up in film industry etc. I bet no one (just by reading KMIYC not other novels). The explanations came from other novels. That's why I consider it to be poorly written (maybe that's what Zig intended it to be as it is indeed the shortest one and is known as the entry to the universe). And don't get it wrong, I am saying this while seeing it as a part of the universe. As a solo read, it is as good as perfect.
It is now when Desire me If you can has finally being adapted that people are now taking interest in the back ground of the Miller family.
And of course, this is my ranking and evaluation. Other ppl may love chase or Nathaniel more and that's completely fine, everyone has their own choices and tastes.

What happened with kmiyc is the consequences of it being published at the time were the whole miller fam is not that flesh out yet (at least that's what I feel while reading the novels) now the only argument some may say why there's barely any fam mention in his side is because "he cut off contact with them". The only thing for the fandom to have peace with each other is the moment a "reconciliation" happened, especially between Chase and Ashley and Koi, at least for the novel readers cos that's what most reasonable Chase fans wants, manhwa readers only is a whole different topic tho. Some might not want to read this but I'm sure there are still those willing to read it and understand the others pov, I was one of them

I wholeheartedly agree. I've read both Chase's and Grayson's stories, and I personally enjoyed Grayson's more. I love Chase too, but KMIYC feels more Josh-centric than DMIYC. Here we got to see both leads stories and character growth, which made it even more compelling.

May be we will get it in the new side stories. I really hope so. Oh yeah n this is also making Chase fans upset (or will upset in future), that Dane and Grayson had lot of moments with the family. But chase didn't have it. And they are taking it in a different light that they neglected chase but it's chase who cut off. If he had been in the family, the parents would be like that to him as well. But it was only right for Chase to make that decision.

Agreed, but I also can't ignore what Chase fans had been fighting for, I've seen majority of those 'reasonable' Chase fans is just a bit bitter that Chase didn't get a happy fam moments with his fam, and AshKoi taking accountability or them reconciling, although there is a hint on that unfortunately it happened in another novel and not on his own which I think where one of the problem stems... But they also are forgetting that, as u said, it's Chase who cut off contacts, I think they're forgetting that Chase and Grayson have a different view/approach with having relations with people, Chase most of the time chooses isolation/cutting off people, while Grayson always keeps that connection, just see how he is to Chase despite Chase keep pushing him away. What Chase did is also what's best imo (cutting contacts part), and even if he did get that apology, I don't think he'll be forgiving that easily like he did with Grayson...

Lol and I was thinking it's actually good that they neglected him(though they didn't) cs the children he looked after, he gave them punishments and locked them on basements and sent them to pheromones party when they were like 10 And they don't even knw that he despised Grayson the most. Chase got lucky in so many ways, I actually feel good for him. Like in terms of partner as well he is the only one who got it so easily. But it's his tragedy as well that the only person who truly cared was the person who caused his trauma. The whole thing is so tragic.

You actually needed to read KML to know a bit more about them, there it was mentioned that they owned a famous lawfirm, they were 6 siblings, seen as crazy by the public. Father was a politician. The dog rumour was also mentioned. You knew that Chase was an actor, who used to cause problems, and didn't sleep with omegas. Grayson's younger brother. But I'm pretty certain she knew what she was doing with Grayson, there are a lot clues there, so it really fits that she later said that Grayson's story was the first she came of with.
But I think that those who read KMIYC years ago read KML before.

There are a few things that the manhwa/KMIYC only readers also are not aware of.
Since Grayson is the only single left, Ashley and Koi are more concerned about Grayson. The others found a partner/partners who loves them and stabilize them.
Another thing is that Grayson is not always going to his father for help, it was just the firefighters didn't have a hirering phase at that moment. And Ashley only gave in because Grayson was so excited that he moved his ears, which the manhwa didn't show, I found that strange since it important later.
And I guess that a lot of them will think that Grayson is using Ashley's money (Dane and Bliss think that too, lol), but if you read KML ( was it novel only?) you know that he is a shareholder of Keith's firm. And in LMIKYC it was mentioned that he did investments with the family money for some time as a hobby. He is actually a lawyer, is pretty intelligent and clever, although he can be an idiot. So he is someone who would let money work for him, not the other way round. So he most likely spends his own money.
Now that I think of it, ig, Grayson also got a bit lucky cause of his incapability of not understanding or feeling anything. Like he endured all those punishments and getting choked and those disgust stares of Ashley because of that cs he never realised wht he has been going through but his body recognised. Chase actually never showed intrest in his family history or maybe the parents never explained it to chase. Like he knew abt Grayson mimicikng things but I don't think he anything else beside that. Also he never bothered to learn about Pheromones as well and how to control them properly.
Yes, she said last Year that Grayson's story was the first she came up with when she started with omegaverse, but it took her 10 years to release his story. Should be found on Twitter/X, I think it was in March 2025.
But I think she didn't want to give away too much. For example Chrissy is already mentiioned in KMIYC, we don't know his name there, but know he is a beta and that Nathaniel lost against him. Or when Bliss was send to England, we know how it came to that. And KMIYC the webnovel is ~8 years old, while those two stories are currently still in progress/ were still running 2 months ago.
Every manhwa adaptation did left out some things a lot, so reading the novels is really a must if people wants to discuss this, the one I'm really confused why it's left out is Grayson's ear twitching, like isn't that a very important detail here?
Manhwa adaptation cutting off some details/scenes/monologues combine that with readers who only read manhwa or novel readers who don't read other novels, u can see where this is going

And yes, when it comes to Zig stories that really is a problem. Zig planned at least all the Miller and Angel+sons stories, early on. Even if you could read the stories as a stanalone, there not meant to read like that.
In the manhwa adaption of KMIYC they left out too many informations about the secondary genders. Which makes Chase messed up relationship with his family even much more difficult to understand. So you could even ignore that they made his eyes purple as a child, because no one would understand it, since it was never explained.

Mhmm, this stories are never meant to be standalone, removing a lot of necessary details in the manhwa with this stories is really questionable, especially those that are heavily connected (if you can and kiss me), like u said, Chase having purple eyes as a child when it should've been blue is actually a big deal for his character (how it's emphasized he's different when they were kids) and Grayson's ear twitch since this literally saved him from Ash's fury (reminding him of koi) there's more but I hope they won't cut too much in dmiyc like they did in kmiyc, but I'm skeptical
They didn't even portrayed the Josh and Grayson encounter at the hospital well when Josh learned about things. I was checking out the response and a lot them were still confused and couldn't understand it properly why did Grayson did that. They still think that he actually forced him to sleep with a dog. And idk where did they get this misconception that Grayson has done this act repeatedly for a long period of time to make chase beleive that and that they even killed the dog .
As in my knowledge, he just lied once by bringing Alex after the night Chase's rut ended. (Right?)

As far as I remember, Grayson only lied to Chase that he did it with Alex that one time, but he did scare Chase that if he refuse to go to pheromone parties, he might have no choice to do that again, so Chase goes to those parties
About the people who still couldn't understand Grayson's intention of doing that, they may be those people who still hate Grayson and thinks he did it out of malice, or just didn't understand his words although he really told Josh why he did that, maybe his facial expressions in the manhwa may be a reason?

Also the fact that removing this scene also removes the only confirmation we have that Koi did start having contact with Chase again, which manhwa only really need especially those who came from kmiyc manhwa

If you're talking about Chase's first rut, no he really brought Alex and would have gone through if necessary. The whole point was that Grayson panicked and didn't know what to do. He was afraid that Chase would go insane or die. It was the only solution he come up with in that situation to save Chase.
But Chase passed out and they took out his pheromens by injection. Why suddenly by injection?
In DMIYC we find out that Ashley came home and found them.
What I think is that Ashley most likely tried to make them go released their pheromones the normal way, so he probably avoided teaching his children about injections first, since the injection had side effects etc. But with what happened to Chase it became necessary I think.
This is what happened in the novel where they showes Grayson monologue as well:
They were in there for few minutes, this is a burning building and it's Grayson's first time going there. He did try to convince Dane that they should get out cs he was sure the dog was dead (this was bfr they found out about the attic) then the info about the attic comes and Dane tells Greyson to leave and he goes to the attic. He thought that he'd done enough and wanted to leave so it wasn't bad but Dane's tone made him feel unpleasant. Then there's a crack/explosion and some other part of the house falls down and he leaves. Which does make a lot more sense bc at the end of the day this is a burning house and he's not even trained he nepo-babied his way into this shi. He also thought that Dane was just acting out and by the time he goes out Dane would be able to go out bc no way he'd risk his life for a dog whose chance of survival was too low. By the time Greyson goes out it's been 15 minutes since they entered which is a long a*s time to stay in a burning building.
"Watching them, Greyson thought it was just pathetic. He would come out on his own soon anyway. How long could he endure in those flames? Why were they making such a fuss when they could just wait for him to come out on his own?"
Fire fighters were busy blaming Greyson so he told them to go inside that dangerous hell if they are that worried. So to show him, the rest were about to go when in but then there's another sound and half the house collapses after that. While all that is happening Dane was still looking for Charlie he didn't just find him in the attic he had to look for him there. It was only after half the house collapsed that Dane saw the ventilator and pulled it apart. It also took some time for him to pull it apart.
"Greyson slightly furrowed his brow.
He goes that far? Why?
Despite his violent coughing, Dane steadfastly gave up his mask to the dog and waited for his colleagues to bring a ladder. Greyson continued to watch him."
