Really? Well but when they sending him to hospital, he did said to clear all the drugs in his body... This is just minor, doesn't affect the story plot, why being so cranky.... Even seme doesn't care ... If his brother live then he live, if he die then he died... He don't care anymore... He said its not like he love his brother but because he, himself are kind person... So it doesn't matter, he didn't feel any emotional burden anyway for his brother...
