Does anyone know of any similar manga/manhwa encompassing similar qualities akin to that of the story's art and plot? The art and plot after all are of good quality and is not a manhwa consisting of solely sex scenes but an actual plot, which is quite enjoyable!

I ain't read this in a while, but i skimmed through the latest chapter ands saw River is with the black-haired guy. What happened to the white-haired guy he was married to in the beginning?
He stayed with his previous lover and let other gods kill River - so River and Heil ended up together somehow

Yeah, he's not pleased at all consequently Khaol tries to gain River's trust again or so I think
Yeah, he begged Khaol to let him go, but he didn't. He is still alive, but without a mind of his own kinda. You can see him lying in Khaols bed and having lifeless eyes, probs because he is a ghost living in a real world with living beings.
Read chap 76, he makes a short appearance there.
