Well spoiler:

They are gonna end up with each other. But it’s different versions of themselves, same soul but different endings. The first life here in S1, they don’t end up together cause Aeroc dies, a bad sad ending.
And the ML regrets I believe, he lives without any partner in the first life (only lives raising their children) after Aeroc dies and goes kinda crazy.

In the second life which is S2 right now, only Aeroc remembers the first life and tries to not pursue ML again so he doesn’t suffer the same fate as the first life.
And ML here only sees the first life through his dreams which he thinks it’s just weird nightmares/imaginations, he doesn’t remember the first life. And in second life, we also see ML’s point of view more.

In this life they end up together and it’s not the same as in first life where ML hurt MC.

In the third life which I believe is ML remembering the first life and Aeroc doesn’t.

So both of them end up with each other’s different versions of themselves but never with the first life each other.

This work has three main characters: Ian, TJ and Joseph. And we don't know how it ends. The first season just ended and, supposedly, the are four more to go.

they both have feelings for mc! but mc is trying to fix his life before getting into any more relationships for the time being, we don't know who he ends up with Σ( ￣□￣||)
