the story about the married guys just about killed me. I can't imagine how it must feel to hold back their love for one another for THAT long, and to pretend to be completely okay with it. It seems to me that they only stay with their wives for their kids, so everyone can have a "normal" life. The wives were essentially background characters who didn't matter.
Nooo whyyy? They were so sweet! It is cruel to wish it, because they didn't know about they love.
I think I'm the only person who finds this manga kinda offensive to chubby people. Personally, if I had a boy tell me (to my face) that a big reason why he wanted to date me is because he likes the feeling of fatty skin in his palms and constantly felt the need to squeeze me..... I would slap him so hard his ancestors would feel it. I would feel so horrible about myself! I'm not saying there's anything wrong with being a "chubby chaser".... but to constantly treat her like she's some kind of over stuffed bear is just kinda strange.
There are other chubby girls and yet he remains faithful to his girlfriend so its clear her body isn't the only reason he's with her.
i think its wonderful. girls get complimented all the time for "being so skinny" but in this manga tatami loves tsumugi just the way she is, her chubbiness just makes him love her more. looks are almost always the first thing we see and are attracted to.
I had a bf like Tagami. It wasn't that bad, and all the squeezing and squishing gave me a little confidence. It's just like cuddling
I think we're supposed to find his fetish odd. But at the same time, girls might constantly have their smooth hair touched or their figures praised or their shy manner praised or their clear complexions praised. In this case, her fat is pleasing to him, so he likes touching her fat flesh. It's a way to visualize (this is a manga, after all) how he finds her body type just perfect.
Damn it! I try to avoid stories involving weirdo tentacles that molest people. I can honestly say that's the first time I've ever read anything with it... and I still feel the same way about it even after reading it: NO THANK YOUUUU... I feel like it's some sort of freaky fetish that I'll NEVER be into. Anyway, other than the tentacle business, this manga had promise. I especially liked the first story!
I enjoyed the first story a lot. The second? Not so much. The seme was literally forcing himself on the uke without really giving him a chance to develop feelings for him, and the thing that bothers me about that is that it happens too quickly. It's one thing to flirt and be suggestive, but to outright ignore protests while you're putting your hands all over someone IS assault. The uke didn't seem like he was all that interested in a romantic relationship with him. Friendship? Maybe. That being said, I imagine if the story had been longer then the feelings could have been more developed/explored. As for now it was a typical "yaoi rape".
I absolutely love Reno and his friends. They seem like the perfect bunch of people to have in your life. More importantly they didn't judge Reno for falling in love with a "prostitute", nor did they hesitate to help when Roger was in trouble. THAT'S a true friend. They accepted them for who they are and welcomed Roger into their group without a problem. SO MUCH FLUFF I CAN'T TAKE IT!!!
Plus we got some sexy yaoi goodness out of the whole thing. That's always a plus! hahaha
This manga is both sexy and frustrating! It's brilliant. Two friends who have always "shared" everything are finally realizing that maybe their version of sharing isn't exactly the most satisfying thing to do. Hiroi becomes jealous at the prospect of Mine having stronger feelings towards Take. While Mine never exactly SAYS he loves Take, it's heavily implied that there could be something deeper between the two of them, at the very least we know that Take is falling in love with Mine and wanting him for himself; which is the first time Take has felt this way about anyone/anything since being friends with Hiroi.
It's a rather complicated love triangle that leaves all of us hot and bothered, and slightly disappointed that there's no definitive conclusion to the story. In my honest opinion, if things continued the way they are I imagine there would be a HUGE falling out between the three men at some point. You can only pretend that things are okay the way they are for so long.
I agree!!!! I think that's the only realistic ending as well.
I think they could stay together for a long time, as long as Mine-chan loves Hiroi more. His body might like Take more, but his heart belongs to Hiroi. It always seemed to me, that Take only liked Mine because of how much he loves Hiroi.
