I read it yearssss ago and it was incomplete at that point. its a blonde MC and a black haired 'ml'. it was not a BL but it definitely had those undertones (think bromance almost but less). I think the author/artist did write/draw bls. officially, im pretty sure it was classified as action.
there was even some controversy/discourse about the fact that it was so obviously meant to be a BL but it actually wasn't.
premise was something along the lines of being reborn in another world or starting over or transmigrating in the middle of the story and trying to change the outcome to survive. Blonde MC is filthy rich. I think that was his power. ML also has a power and I think he was some sort of hero? im not sure about that part.
I think MC was the villain b4 being reborn?

It might be because you're not the part of the group who lost all their data. As it says from the devs, some people's data has been lost forever but can be retrieved only if it's tagged or rated. It doesn't apply to everyone, but for those experiencing their read content returning, this might be the explanation
