The title is questionable but prince keefa never actually fucked up like the other mls. You never saw him neglect her or tell her to scram or throw her out or personally kill her like some of the other mls of this genre. He wrote letters to her and got responses in her hand writing and he didn’t even believe she abandoned him until he heard it from everyone else in the damned village. And unlike those crusty ml who decide to treat the fl like garbage or rape them over a misunderstanding like this, he still loved her even if he believed she screwed him over and was very amiable towards her. If he saw the bs the butler was doing right outside his door he would have yeeted that man out, and no one on earth can convince him to say or do anything harsh to the fl, so that’s why they had to do it all behind his back where he had no idea and make the fl believe he betrayed her. And even though the prince was also a victim, when he heard about her side, he still wanted to compensate her and just genuinely felt bad for her, instead of those stories where it’s the other way around and the stupid fl forgives some abusive ml because he just misunderstood her. And he kept trying to fix their relationship and also carried her potted plant and doted on her. I say Keefa is a good man.

Yo, she’s only 14, these scum parents istg. And sure that brother could be upset because it was obvious the fl knew about Annette (fl shouted her name when she saw her for god’s sake), but to abandon his sister that he’s known for years out in the snow is just going too far. He didn’t even hear out her explanation (though I doubt anyone in this world would believe it, especially since they can’t see fairies irl). I hope to god this crusty family doesn’t get redeemed, and if they change she better not forget what they did to their 14 year old child that they’ve known for years.

The ml’s annoying but since he’s 14 too I’ll cut him some slack.

Yes, this is exactly what you think it is, fl runs into the arms of the guy who tried to rape her in chapter 1, forced her into a slave contract, drugged stripped and photographed her in case he needed to blackmail her, and was generally awful. Second ml was really sweet and caring so author had to find an excuse to make him suck so everyone would ship her with the 10 times worse guy instead (2nd ml’s crimes: breaking up with her because he saw her willingly make out with another dude and cheat on him while they are still dating, and his other crime is getting fooled by purple haired bitch and not even for that long because by the second scheme he already didn’t trust her and ran up to check, but of course the ml who dumped her on her wedding day without letting her explain, also got fooled by purple on the wedding day, humiliated her randomly by doing things like sleeping with girls in front of her while swearing at her and saying offensive things about girls in general, and the added crimes above, is still miles worse than the 2nd ml). 2nd ml bought her out to dinner to celebrate where she wanted to spend a month’s worth of his salary while ml forced her to pay for her own fried rice at an overpriced place to spite her because she didn’t like him forcing her to dinner via slave contract (though he later gives her an unlimited credit card and buys her Tiffany or whatever, but the matter is not about the money, it’s that 2nd ml treated her well and considerately, and even money wise 2nd ml is rich enough to be on par with ml so he can’t fight him so easily.). Either ways, if she wants to be with icky it’s her life I guess. Author’s a clown though if she thinks the ml is the better person. I wish I could find second leads like this that are the male leads in stories but I just find those dumb cold dukes of the north who the fl has to babysit 24/7 and who keep wondering why the fl lead wants a divorce (it’s because you have the emotional ability of a toddler bro, would it kill you to crack some jokes with your wife to make her smile or ask her how she’s doing or if she’s lonely or getting bullied?)

Also, ml’s mother did the right thing by leaving her husband, she shouldn’t have stayed in a marriage where her husband was cheating on her and was about to dump her to marry another woman he knocked up. She didn’t even want to leave her son and cried over it but what can she do when her husband doesn’t want her around and wants the mistress instead. She shouldn’t have stayed with her ungrateful son who blamed his victim mother instead of his cheating father who knocked up another woman. The trashy ml used his abused mother who was forced to leave as an excuse to be a misogynist and hate on all women. The fact that she felt guilty for so long and always tried to make him happy while he didn’t have even an ounce of sympathy for his mother and was on good terms with his mistress step mother and cheating father instead makes me wish she would just cut ties with that baggage and stop worrying about her stupid son who was cozying up to the people who actually wronged him instead of his loving mother. Your mother did not abandon you, she was driven out of the house by your cheating father and his mistress, and you saw it clearly!!!!

Well, the fl is decently capable and has an actual personality, but she is very forgiving, which is frustrating because I want to bash some of these characters heads in. Like, she captured the villainess but let her go because she asked for forgiveness. But then the villainess, her sister and ml’s ex, turned out to be lying about quitting her evil deeds and attacked her again (and just brought herself to rock bottom). Like, if she wanted to, she could walk away from her mess of a man and his bitch ex, but she didn’t because of her feelings, because she is aware he is misled and she was spoiled, so she decides she still likes them. But yeah, because she has an actual personality, she’s not as annoying as some other protagonists.

Well her forgiveness atleast netted her 1 really good friend, the blue haired girl, another ex gf of the ml. She was the first person to actually support fl, supported her a lot, almost almost almost made me cry (u know most of these redemption stories will never make me cry except maybe tears of disappointment) when she was willing to give up her career to take care of fl’s baby.

As for ml, he sucked during his asshole phase, but what sucked even more was when he got memory loss and had asshole phase part 2. Atleast it wasn’t for that long because they knew people would rage quit. I like how the fl lead just kept calm, didn’t get swayed by anything she saw or heard, and just carried out her investigations instead of crying or something.

Overall, if you’re into the garbage ml redemption genre, I’d say this story is one of the more well written ones. As for me, I’m too bored that I read redemption manhuas, and same with harlequins, trash fics, generic garbage gacha movies (usually with alpha in the title), and all the other dregs of contemporary media where the fl keeps getting tortured. Idk it just gives a different feeling from reading a story I actually like, like watching “the Lorax but everyone drinks and drives” type of videos.

I like this fl because she doesn’t try to act nice and just speaks what’s in her mind, very refreshing for a fl, and she’s intelligent and also good at scheming and doesn’t take any bull crap from anyone.

This one starts out trash but gets better, fl gets major upgrade and actually becomes capable, ml is trash but gets redeemed better than some other trash mls, but was still rude a lot of times even before she started attacking him. second ml is also trash and will probs giver her herpes so that’s why their relationship didn’t last. Fl hurt the ml because of misunderstandings but ml hurt the fl even though he knew she was innocent just to take revenge against her father, and he was also way more abusive by raping and humiliating and driving her to suicide multiple times and telling her he won’t let her die so she can experience more torture, whereas she shot him to try to kill him and wiped all his data, destroyed his company, and did concrete damage but didn’t emotionally abuse him and did all her actions out of retaliation for feeling wronged.

Fl ends up with him after her second memory loss, so she doesn’t remember him torturing her, but if she did, she might not have ended up with him due to all the trauma and drama, as before her memory loss, she always slapped him away no matter how nice he was, due to what he did. It’s unsatisfying because I wanted her to remember but I think author knew their relationship would be too far gone if she did remember.

First of all, it makes me laugh that law enforcement and sueing (like the designer case) solves so many problems in this story, but somehow the fl can’t get a divorce without ml’s permission just because.
Also, you all probably know already that ml was trash in his previous life and has done every scummy thing under the sun, including rape, imprisonment, blackmail, forcing her to entertain his ugly clients as a hooker (aka pimping her out), cheat on her in front of her to make her cry, throw her out the house, and torture her until she miscarries. And he tricked her into marrying him too by acting sweet to her because he blindly believe she murdered her sister, his ex, and didn’t even observe the woman in front of him, just because he wanted to trap her in that marriage and abuse her day and night. She still liked him because she thought he was good and he was only cold to her because of his misunderstandings, but he turned out to just be taking revenge because he loved her ex sister (though misunderstandings increased his cruel behavior). Thankfully, he didn’t do most of those things in his current life, but for good reason, she doesn’t want to fall in love with him in this life.

The fl was pretty cool for the first 30 chapters. She was sharp tongued and exposed those fakes around her well. She also insulted ml every chance she got and always brought up the divorce because she wasn’t going to be with him, even if he hadn’t done those things yet.

Then I think Shi Yi lost her brain cells just so the author can find an excuse for her to be lovey dovey with ml. Like, how on earth she did not suspect anything about the measurements being tampered when she was the one literally making the suit? Who gave her the foolish idea that sucking up to ml would get the suit back? That assistant was give by ml, why wasn’t she the least bit suspicious? Before that, whenever there was anything suspicious, fl would investigate it, so why didn’t she look into this assistant and just let the suit incident go?

Either ways, although the fl does blush, so far, by the end of season one (ch 219), she is still resentful towards him for his behavior to her in his past life. I think it’s annoying that most of her thoughts are that she can’t like him because he likes her dead sister rather than because he abused her. As if everything he did to her in the previous life was alright and she’ll be with him if he didn’t like that other girl. I hope that doesn’t become the case though and she doesn’t leap into his arms the minute he tells her he likes her instead of her deceased sister.

This fl also didn’t soften up too much to the ml and is still pretty cold. She slaps him away and bites him when he tries to kiss her a couple of times at least. And she also didn’t want to keep his child and tried to abort it in secret before he caught her, and thought nobody in this world wanted her child to be born, so it was better for her to abort even if she might lose the ability to conceive. Unlike some fls who immediately let scummy mls abuse them “for the sake of the baby”, she is still determined to get a divorce, even after agreeing to have the baby.

Second ml is good, but he does not have black hair and doesn’t have 9999+ wealth, strength, ”intelligence”, abd prestige, and he isn’t an asshole either, so fl will obviously not end up with him. 8 billion people in the world, but the only one who can catch her eye is the one who tormented her in her past life.

Annoying ml, points a sword at her neck every time they meet in the first few chapters and killed her in her past life. Fl is ruthless to everyone who wronged her, but when it comes to ml, he lifts her up once and she’s already smiling and thinking he’s good (despite wrongfully killing her his past life), and we’re supposed to ship them because they drew sparkles. At least the fl negotiates with him and doesn’t become completely foolish though. The fl is otherwise very capable and you might like this story because she is very cunning.

Idk why is the fl so dumb, and why did the ml pretend to be her real estate agent? If he didn’t want her in the house why did he sell it to her? Why does she keep jumping to conclusions instead of trying to figure out what is going on? She even thought the house was haunted but didn’t bother to clarify with the real estate people. I can’t handle how stupid characters are.
