Anyways she stops by this mansion for the night since theres a winter storm out and the ML is there and says hes the owner of the mansion (hes not) and it has suspenseful themes bc we know hes lying and he says he can help take her to where shes going as a guide. They spend a week at the mansion and i think she finds out hes not the owner and we think hes a killer idk he just wasnt who he said he was. Someone else comes to the mansion and he was a bad guy for sure. I think they kill him and they go to travel away by boat and that was the last update of the story i read. I remember he had black hair and she didnt (shes blonde i believe)
