I mean she would be very likeable if she stayed true to the friendship. Romance is okay, but don't you think it was a bit early? The story seems to happen only a year or two from when he escaped from district 50. And they probably know each other in a less than a year. Having a feeling is okay, forcing the idea of being "his girlfriend/fiancee" to the point of getting angry when he was talking to another girl was not it. They're not even in relationship. He doesn't even understand the concept of friend properly, let alone fiancee. I know they're still a kid but damn girl, I thought you're more matured than kids your age inside the story. Turns out you're not.

I was terrified after reading this. I'm a psychology major graduate, not saying that is anything special, but I’ve interned in a psychiatric hospital before. When I was accepted to that place, I was really scared, but when I actually started working, it honestly wasn’t that bad. It wasn’t like the horror people describe when I watch or read stories about psychiatric hospitals.
But why did some random manhwa I decided to read terrify me more than that? There are two manhwa that mentally disturbed me after I read them. I might not have enough experience or reading material to talk about it properly, but one of them is this one, and the other was a BL about a serial killer, although I forgot the title. I’m not even an avid BL reader, but as much as I praised the execution and the story after I read that one long ago, I stopped reading BL ever since.

Love how they humanize the Duke, though for aure under our normal standards that spec alone is not human at all. But considering it was a fictional character, the author didn't really force him as an absolute gentleman. As he is inexperienced in socializing and with woman because he never been in a relationship before, he showed a lot of mistake. And I still love that part when reading this.
