MC has been in love with ML for years knowing what kind of person he is. All MC should have done was either confess to ML or cut ties with him. It was MC who said he had someone else he was serious about. He himself took away any chance ML had to notice MC's feelings. If he wanted ML to notice, be serious and cherish him, he shouldn't have lied like that. Besides, when the two of them were drugged, it was MC who stopped ML from leaving the room to prevent anything from happening. If you're going to defend him by saying it was unavoidable because he was in heat, then ML is the same. They are both victims. MC has been always the one making the choices about himself here.
