complex characters that are written well and given justice are so rare these days, even more so in yaoi. i know this genre can be very hit or miss, considering how a lot of them are written mainly for sexual pleasure, but this author just had to hit me with all these complexities as an isekai supremacist, this is exactly my weakness. not only is the chemistry vividly present, but the buildup in every love scene is just perfect! you genuinely feel on edge, pacing alongside the characters as they reach their climax. this is seriously the best (▰˘◡˘▰)
