I feel like crying again today.
I'm just assuming that it's a oneshot, but it's a manga about the seme's wife (I think) who died. The seme became super depressed, and so the uke basically became the wife's substitute for the seme, but he never realised because he was blinded by his want for her. After realising that his wife will never come back or something, he kills himself.
I just had a sudden urge to read something sad and depressing :>

Looking for a manga I’ve read in the past, but I can only remember the ending of it..
I remember the uke wanted to go to Germany or something without the seme, but in the end, they go together.
I think 20 years after the initial story, the uke dies to a disease or cancer or something, and another 20 years later, we see the seme going to the uke’s grave.
I’m pretty sure the uke was a doctor and someone taught Japanese to young kiddos in Germany.
I think I remember a kid asking if the seme was gonna go back to Japan, but he said that he’d spend the rest of his days with the uke? This isn’t the main story btw, just the side story at the end.
I also remembered that I cried and sobbed like an idiot reading this.
