I can't remember much about it but I'm pretty sure the last chapters i've read include the mc (male?) travelling to visit a beast tamer (or something along those lines) and the place looks like its set around some sort of african deserts + culture. Im pretty sure its historical + action manwha. He comes across a bird in a cage (from what i can remember looks like a falcon/hawk) and one of the servants complaining about how they've tried their best to train it but failed to do so from stubbornness, but it seemed to have fancied the MC a bit. I think he managed to teach it how to write? I think it's a fairly recent manwha bc I only stop reading them if they don't have a lot of chapters
