yk i understand having varied opinions on a piece of media everyone is entitled to their opinions, but idk why haters keep inserting themselves and keep telling those who enjoy the manhwa as a comfort read that they are so problematic for it? they keep telling those who enjoy it that they shouldn't, kind of getting affected by that ngl. This fandom space has become very toxic ngl imo.
don't even get me started, people have been calling andrew a yellow flag, a grapist, a manipulator, an obsessive lover, and bro they think he was planned to be a toxic character but the author didn't do that because of the backlash she got in season 2 about that fck ass hand cutting scene even tho she clarified it that it wasn't the case? i don't understand why we can't digest a character who doesn't give in to his toxic temptations and instead chooses to be self aware and acknowledge his short-comings instead of being more toxic?
this is for those who actually enjoy the manhwa despite its flaws.... am i the only one who is kind of sick and tired of the unnecessary np hate on platforms like instagram, i miss b@to cuz there used be such well written analysis of both the main characters, now i see the most out of touch analysis of both the characters especially andrew, no one is denying the rushed ending and other plot holes, we do want more critique but what i see is mostly baseless hate, is it because it has gotten too popular and its become more saturated? would love to know ur thoughts on this, cuz i personally feel haters have ruined this manhwa for me ngl, i miss the 2023 np fandom ngl, the best bl fandom out there, so chill and unproblematic.

guys what does ichikura mean when he says "you'll get married one day so I don't think you need to worry so much right?" is it me or does this sound so regressive?
Maybe it’s because they are still young and you can never be sure if a relationship will last forever. When (if) Momose will get married, it will be with him or someone else. At least that’s my take on his line
As much as I love the manga, it's regressive and there are plenty casual misogynistic moments in it.
He is proposing her, but it's a harmful rhetoric because he and momose too are okay with Momose being a trade wife.
Exactly
There is a trade-wife and pronatalist agenda hidden behind family-friendly and teen-romance mangas and webtoons
