I wanted to rate this higher but I just couldn't. I don't care too much about age gaps(with adults), and I understand that this story has a supernatural element to it. But as an adult, if a kid told me they were my future boyfriend, the one thing I'm NOT doing is continuing any type of personal conversation with them. I'm not letting them in my house when they show up, and I'm definitely not sleeping with them. Regardless of the fact the ML clearly didn't do any of this with ulterior motives, it just felt off.
This is why romance has no place in these types of stories. Worry about yourselves during a fight before you both end up dead
