And then upload the manga to an imgur link and then send that to them as well. You'll have to separate the cover and all the chapters into new imgur albums. If you did something wrong admin will tell you what to do then. I think you should be okay with Google drive link also. Or you can just wait for the listing to be created an upload after that.
Also if you're a new uploader the page might take more then a day to be created and chapter approval times can vary from a few hours to a few days, after you start uploading more often then you won't need to wait for approval.
