As much as I hate to admit it, I think I'm going to drop this. I really tried liking the new artstyle but everyone looks the same and the art feels so stiff. Every chapter I'm skimming through it and not really enjoying it anymore. I'm so sad as this is the second time this has happened to me with such a great story.

Very cliche ngl; The mc knew that the other lady was dangerous yet she was still planning on drinking the tea. I have zero standards though so I'll keep reading lol
I think you forgot the hierarchical order of nobility. She refused to go out anymore to not be put in compromising situations. That girl is a crown princess candidate with a very powerful backing while she's only a baron.
She could've just spilled it on herself as a way to excuse herself but whatever makes the story more dramatic ig
