Are you looking for like DARK dark, or just crazy in general (maybe light hearted crazy)? I know three (maybe 4, but I haven't finished it so idk if the ml "fixes" her, or she regains some sanity) that I classify as horror with a female mc, but I don't know of any light hearted crazies like this one. Although one is comparatively less horror and more just an incredibly violent, deranged psychopath with an adopted father that wields a lot of money and power. None of them really have any comedy whatsoever, and the one completed one has a sad ending. Two are manga, the violent psychopath is a korean manhwa like this one. Then again the two manga's mc's are more revenge focused and not overall crazy, unlike the manhwa. Still regardless I'd like to know others recommendations too.
Unfortunately, this is the first one I've read where the MC is a strong unhinged lady from early on. The only other one I can think of is "One Husband is Enough" and that's more of a psychological Thriller/emotional torture slow burn tragedy. Hopefully other people will have better suggestions, b/c I'd love to read more stories like this! Especially if they're action comics!

Sorry sorry y'all I didn't mean to gatekeep, I got a bit busy. Anyway this may be a bit long since I'd like to let y'all know what your getting yourselfs into. Note that its been awhile since I've read some of these so the T.W. might be lacking one or two, but should generally be correct.
1: Maria no Danzai T.W. extreme bullying, attempted forced sewer slide, graphic violence, occasional sexual content, blackmailing, coerced/forced R, torture
-the manga follows a mother on a warpath after seeing her son die in front of her. It breaks her and she tortures to death the 5 kids who were torturing her son daily before he died. I haven't finished it yet and I'm not sure if its done yet or not, but thus far shes gotten 3 of them.
-this manga is finished and follows another mother as her son gets kidnapped and she joins a resistance to fight anyone and everyone until she finds and protects her son again. In this world there are humans (basically monsters), and nonhumans (that the mc is). The nonhumans are stronger and have various powers/abilities. This manga is completed, with a pretty sad and bittersweet ending.
3: A sense of amusement T.W. extreme bullying, forced/coerced sewer slide, graphic violence, torture, implied explicit content (a joke is made about no bedroom content), blackmail
-this manhwa follows a violent sociopathic north korean defector who can't feel pain or shame. She gets "adopted" by the father of a bullied south korean girl (the one pushed to sewer slide) with the purpose of killing/destroying the lives of everyone who harmed his daughter. One by one she tortures, kills, humiliates, and mentally breaks all of them with the full backing and power of her "father" basically letting her do whatever she wants. Its not finished yet, but the tortures are quite creative for lack of a better word.
4: Resetting Lady T.W. graphic violence
-I haven't finished/ read a ton of this manhwa. The story follows a nobel lady who has reincarnated/regressed 100 times, dying in various ways. By 100 she snaps and starts killing those around her believing no one will know/care and that it doesn't matter since she'll likely regress again anyway. Tbh from the little I read she doesn't really go on a big killing spree, and the direction is 110% going towards the ml "fixing her". More than the killing, the mystery surrounding her regressions is the biggest interest. Her actions do NOT to unnoticed, and what you learn from those around her about it is the most interesting part imo.
Anyway there ya go, the 4 I mentioned. There might be more that I'm forgetting, but these (not really number 4) are the best of the ones I've read/are reading. Sorry its so long, I felt it important to give a proper warning. Especially since the tone/content is much MUCH darker, and properly f-ed up. I'm of course still always looking for more interesting stories of various kinds. You might have already heard/seen sense of amusement since its currently popular and shows up on the main page somewhat often.
