Ofc I’m rooting for the 2nd ml because you can tell that he just want the female lead to be happy. But yeah I feel bad for her bc she went on a trip bc of her misdiagnosis & ends up falling in love. And when she’s literally at her highest point in terms of emotions she finds out that the ML is engaged like wth. It’s a good thing she didn’t contact him even if it’s a misunderstanding. Bc if I was in her position I wouldn’t want a guy preventing me from celebrating that I don’t freakin have a brain tumor anymore.
