this chapter shows how some of us have different boundaries when it comes to relationships with the opposite sex lol some people are okay with their s/o talking or hanging out with friends of the opposite sex regardless of time/place, some arent and thats okay. at the end of the day, what matters is communication and mutual understanding.
the fact that yamada felt like he hurt akane and went to apologise immediately is already telling that he cares a lot about akane and tries to understand her pov. he might not be as emotionally in tune with akane as some of us might want but i think this is a healthy turning point for yamada and akane's relationship
similarly with akane, the fact that she already knows how yamada acts around anybody regardless of gender and treats them as a friend makes her want to be understanding, even if shes uncomfortable about it. im not saying she shouldnt voice her discomfort but you can see how theyre both trying to understand and make things work for each other, even if they dont understand it.
we all have different boundaries but for me, personally, i think its sweet at how yamada and akane are trying to face the current situation. its not the best way, yes, but the mangaka displaying this flaw of how they approach these types of obstacles in their relationship is refreshing. chin up, everyone, yamada and akane (especially yamada) are still learning
not that bad! the beginning was confusing at first because i think the author tried to take a more comedic approach? LMAO but it actually gets pretty decent towards the end
the bl is nothing groundbreaking but i think its great as a light read, not plot heavy but the glimpses of angst every now and then made it pretty good before reaching its closure lol
im happy hyung finally got the love he deserved with myojin after having to face all those trash exes
idk i feel more sympathy for seungwoon than hate, really. bro's not a good guy but frankly im more in favor of strangling his mother because we wouldnt have been in this icky situation if his mother wasnt so controlling
i think some actions (particularly what hes about to do next) should be held accountable by him and him alone. he has been a decent person while in school even with his mum being the same was he not? His obsession and refusal to accept rejection has been his own doing solely and what he thinks he’s owed for some deluded reason. We can only blame his mother to a certain extent
"particularly what hes about to do next" YOURE KILLING ME WITH THE FORESHADOWING but yeah youre right, at the end of the day, regardless of how he's been treated, his actions are his own choice, i guess ive read too many manhwas that have worse characters that seeing a character like seungwoon just triggers the "pity, you couldve been a good kid" to me
Jeanette's not a bad girl but naive people do get on my nerves because time after time and again, the reason why most problems happen in stories AND irl is because the people who are naive and ignorant don't fully grasp or even know about bad situations that affect other people's lives and they don't try to assess. Jeanette, I get you want to feel loved and you want a family to call your own BUT DAG NABBIT GIRL, ID BE HAPPY WITH ANYONE TO BE YOUR FAMILY OTHER THAN THE MAN WHO CLAIMS TO BE YOUR FATHER BECAUSE OF HOW TERRIBLE THIS IS HURTING ATHY. It's just so tiring to keep on seeing Athy suffer because of Jeanette's ignorance. ㅠㅠ

i know that oscar remembers all their lives, but ines here says that he wouldnt act this way if he remembers how she shot herself in front of him. im curious—DOES oscar remember her suicide? or does he only remember the true first life and the other lives except the ones she kills herself in? because ines is right, hes acting a little too nonchalant for a man who shouldve witnessed his wife's death and been traumatised
omg please, i wanna know too
He remembers. He's just shameless like that.
that motherfker. absolutely horrendous behaviour, someone stab him PLEASE

He remembers her suicide. However, as in real life there are people who makes excuses for things they do, he falls into that category. For example, those who Luke to say others made them do things or their circumstances made them act a certain way. There are many shameless people in real life. He also has his own reasons to believe that Ines would never love Carcel and did love him. So there is a rhyme and reason to his thinking.
