Oh, my bad, I didn't realize that incest and rpe attempts are totally fine as long as they stay in the side-plot. A toxic, boundary-crossing sibling plotline is repulsive. Honestly, what kind of messed up, psycho brain does this author have to constantly sneak these disgusting taboos into their stories? It completely ruins the actual plot.
I heard in the comments that these two chapters of sexual assault were NEVER part of the original novel. Even if it were, that horrific scene is completely unnecessary. It is deeply disappointing to see the adaptation team rely on manipulative writing tactics like this. Exploiting reader empathy through uncalled-for sexual violence isn't clever storytelling. It's just cheap shock value to make the villain look edgy. The MC didn't need this trauma for character growth or some sht. Way to completely ruin a perfectly fine story.
Disappointed because the plot had so much potential, but it could have been so much better without the weird reverse harem vibes. Seeing a child character acting like some kind of adult romantic leads completely ruined the story for me. It is such a shame to see a great premise get derailed by unnecessary interactions between literal kids. What was the author even thinking?
