I might be shamless , but most of what seo said is right about his father and him struggling with debt like at some point I was waiting for our boy to collapse, honestly nothing wrong with him getting the scholarship and his debt dealt with cause HE DESERVE IT and worked hard I believe he would've been selected in any scholarship regardless who invent it ,and how his father ended up in mental hospital like baby boy ur father ruined ur life! So don't u go around asking and worrying about that piece of shit. I understand being kept in the dark and keeping secrets is mostly what made him sad but baby boy u have the fuller half of the cup more good things to look for than bad.

Yup I agree with you about the freedom thing , but honestly the fact he runs to every single gig working 24/7 , and keeping up with excellent performance in school , facing so much hardships dealing with different types of people without his personality being ruined or turning trash, living honestly , are more than enough accomplishments to brag about . Like how seo said before "how can he keep smiling despite all of that " . honestly I'm curious after both of them go thro the argument how would he deal with the debt thing , is he going to be like ' oh I will work for u as repayment for my dept ' than u could never call that a boyfriend lovers relationship, it's just u repaying him either by being his sugar baby or maybe an office worker in his company which I don't really like . The storytelling, places and conversations setting is much more better described in the novel . not to be aah but the manhwa adaptation in S2 isn't the best there is so much missing details feels kinda rushed and doesn't give the same intensity I remember teakjoo atleast smarter cause they be giving u explanation to why and how , but manhwa just skipped most of it

Honesty it was rushed like what happened to his friend after going back to Korea, also the unfinished talk with his sister , the fact ml is a killer and a kidnapper . But one good think is sometime they give a justified reliable reaction like when his friend addresses Stockholm syndrome I thought like yes B for real . And when aden refused to help in the beginning coz the Korean friend was the pharmaceutical director son . But honestly th Mc is too forgiven like bish he kidnapped, graped, manipulated u , however I consider it mid , would've been better giving side stories for the other two couples .
