Eventually, the girl finds out that he is the boy she met as a kid, but before the boy regains his memories, he moves away to another country. Years later, he returns having regained his memories and they live happily ever after. I would appreciate it if someone could help me find this manga. :)

The manga I'm talking about starts with her as a child and the boy's memory loss is due to an accident. Throughout the manga, the female protagonist tries to remind him of her, not believing he's another person, but in fact the same boy she met when she was younger. Eventually he leaves for America(I think) and comes back with all his memories regained. There's also two other characters, one male, one female. The girl antagonist tries to ruin the female protagonist's chances and put her off trying to help regain his memories because she likes the male protagonist. The boy is the female protagonist's friend.
