Webtoon/Manhwa. No romance/BL. Bromance? Fantasy. Regression? Art style is more animated/cartoony.
MC - Male, blonde, short ponytail, green-eyed, child/teen
MC befriends assassin. I don’t recall how they meet.
ASSASSIN - Male, black hair, same age, is working under the orders of some corrupt organisation, working to protect other younger children.
CORRUPT ORGANISATION - Mad scientist. Corruption as in magic. Final boss of the story (At least one of the main battles)
MC crashes the magic academy exam and passes, a professor dislikes him, put into misfit class (Class-d or something).
MISFIT CLASS - Potion maker? Sleepy (might be potion maker). Angry. That’s all I got.
Magic system is threads. More threads and better control over threads = stronger magic.
MC has some kind of ring that does… idk something.

Is it so hard to write a female character that is not fan-service, a nuisance, or completely 2-dimensional???
14 chapters in we’ve been introduced to 4 female characters. 3 seem to have romantic potential/interest (3RI for short) with MC (all one-sided). And the other, the only one I like so far, is the one who’s least involved with the MC and acts as more of a background character - The influencer/chicken girl.
Visually, they look different enough minus their body types because of course the potential FL must have D-cups or higher and an hourglass figure (sarcastic).
Personality? All of them are clumsy with one additional trait, that’s about it.
Maybe their initial impression of MC differs, but after 1 chapter they’re blushing at the sight of him. Are we not going to talk about how all three of them literally cried for their mommy at the face of danger??? IT’S THE SAME COPY & PASTE SCENARIO. It was funny the first time, now it just feels misogynistic considering the one guy who needed saving didn’t have the same reaction.
It’s a shame because this has potential. It is actually funny and the plot is refreshing, the art is nice too.
Can we PLEASE just write women properly??
