The FL always ends up having the same personality in almost any Shoujo manga I've read and after some time it just gets "annoying" - either she screams around, throws a tantrum or cries around and is stupidly naive and "innocent" - it just doesn't appeal to me anymore & I stay clear of them most of the time. I mean I just can't see why the ML would fall in love with the FL or the other way around the FL gets picked on harshly but she still stupidly falls for the a-hole and ignores the nice 2nd lead. It's not just the FL that ends up being annoying but the Overall plotline since you can practically guess what happens next and it's being made obvious
