The kiss was definitely one-sided and Kaname knew that Yuki was in love with him so there wasnt any reason for him to not forgive him. If some stranger came up to your lover and kissed them before they could process what happened would you be able to get upset? Your lover is a victim of the situation too after all. It was the CEO forcing herself on Yuki and Kaname was confident enough to trust in his bf.
