I cant say exactly when I started reading yaoi, I don't even remember how I discovered it tbh lol. But I started reading manga in general when I was 17 or 18. I had just graduated HS and spent a lot more time to myself. I think I started reading yaoi a year later but I can't be sure. My first BL was Shounen-Ai though ^_^ reply
