Think of omegas,,.alphas, and betas as breeds. They are all members of the same species, humans,, but vary.
There are two sexes in each "breed": male and female.
This is characterized by the prescence of certain genetalia.
However, all rhe variations in the "breed" are due to the need for sexual impregnation.
