How to study with adhd
Just sit the hell down and start doing your work. Sounds mean but ngl this works for me. Like it's so easy to get caught up on "getting in the zone" or the techniques you see online, but at the end of the day, half of the battle is just sitting the hell down and making the mental decision to start working. Only after you've learned the discipline ......
