I am just so confused about this whole thing, and unbearably impatient. I think I'm just gonna wait till this one is finished and then re-read it all. Of course it looks like I may have to learn Japanese to read this one since it isn't updated very often (not complaining, I realize scanlation is hard), just making an observation.
The comments made me curious so I started to read it. Didn't get more than 3 pages in. Starts with an old like probably 80 yr old man and a little kid on page 1. On page 2 the kid has grown to maybe a teenager, and is now giving the old dude a blow job. It's very graphic and detailed. The old man also has a bunch of boils or something all over his face. It's disgusting. I almost vomited all over myself before I could click out of the window. Eww!!
Spoilers:
I think Shiha and Derrick's ending turned out the only way it could. Because Derrick's feelings were so possessive and selfish in nature, and Shahi's feelings were more like Stockholm syndrome than love. Even if Derrick knew about Shahi's transformation thing, I think he would have still raped him first because he wouldn't want anyone else to touch him, and certainly wouldn't want him having another person's child. Shahi too though, I understand him being depressed about losing his true gender and fertility, but if he was truly in love with the Prince wouldn't he have healed emotionally or forgiven him, even the tiniest shred over the years? That's why I think his grief at losing the prince was Stockholm syndrome rather than love. He doesn't want to live without him because it's routine and "safe." Not the same thing as love. (Plus he had no reasons to fall in love with him, the prince was never the least bit kind to him).
Also, If we just pretend that page 91 does NOT exist, then it's 100% happy ending for Shiha, (because it's only a matter of time before he falls for the persistent son), and if that son never gets summoned back to the castle then they can just live in the forest forever like the main couple. In fact it would make a pretty good spin-off story to see just how he woos him. The son seems like a much better human being, who would treat Shiha better, and I think they would be really happy together once Shiha overcomes his emotional baggage and the awkwardness of falling for a man he helped raise. I want to read THAT spin-off story! (Anyone know a fanfic like that)?
Same here! Been wishing for a spin off of theirs story for years! It's be really cute y'know?(〜 ̄△ ̄)〜
THANK YOU!
I LOVE that you understand that their relationship wasn't healthy! No-one else seems to get it. And I'm ignoring that annoying page too. Because when I originally saw it, I reacted like this: (╯°Д °)╯╧╧
So yeah, in my mind the King still has his heir, and Shahi will FINALLY get his happily ever after with his "son." (=・ω・=)
I don't understand the mentality that if you can't or don't want to get married it means that your relationship is doomed to fail. Marriage is just a piece of paper. It's not a magical spell that will somehow glue you together whenever your feelings cool a bit from time or you have a bad fight. It takes determination to stay together even through the hard times. Two people have to put in that effort, not the marriage certificate. Otherwise divorce wouldn't exist...
So remember when the Fox god asked Hinata why he wasn't a crow yet, and then found out it was because they weren't sleeping together? Well did anyone else notice how crazy Hinata's eyes look the morning after?!

To me they look supernatural for sure, guess this means he's changing now? Will he turn completely into a crow like Midori then?
You notice it too thank god i wasn't the only one ,When i watched it i thought the same i even went to look for the previous chapters but his eyes wasn't like this , but about him being to change to crow i'm not sure about this maybe it will happen in the next chapters
Hahaha, when I saw crow Hinata as the subject title, I thought of haikyuu
Oh yeah, I see that! I noticed his eyes and I thought they focused on them to show the depth of his emotions for Midori, and I also noticed how they showed Midori reacting to that, but I thought his reaction was towards Hinatas happiness. But now that you mentioned it, it must be cause Hinata is changing!
I seriously thought they were sparkling of love or sth
