I understand that he's a manifestation of Yun Gui's obsession for Xuan Yue, but how exactly did that work? Did he become an alternate being after Yun Gui began consuming eternal pills?

now that you mention it i can see the similarities, i think deep within they kinda share the same insecurities or they kinda behave the same when they‘re coping with their problems. Regardless i highly recommend this series because its one of the realest BLs if not realest out there, its funny af and the art is really good, you wont be disappointed
