When he thinks the CEO can't learn anything more from him he decides to resign after working there for more than 30 years and goes to the countryside to take care of his dad or his grandpa or something. He's in love with the CEO. There's some issue with a building and it turns out the CEO bought that building and he tries to convince the secretary to come back, I think.
