Back then i don't need to turn on my vpn and i can casually read but now if i turn it off this website auto blocked

when i travelled in uae i couldn't access this site... is this banned in there??
not telling haha but it's around thailand. oh btw this happens sometimes. There's a day i need to turn on VPN to make this website works. But there's also the day i don't have to ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~ i guess i just need to try and error!! Thanks for your concern!
