Does anyone know the name of a Shoujo Romance manga (it’s black and white, not a colored webtoon). The main character is reborn as a villain. She is continuously accused or being mean and bullying the Saint girl. The saint/princess is bedridden and MC is cannot handle the accusations and fears being accused of hurting the saint/princess so MC runs away and ends up living with a dragon before reunited with the humans and her love interest. When the humans find her, the dragon protects her from them. This manga is not “The Villainess Lives with the Evil Dragon”. The dragon in this was actually a more minor plot point but it’s all I remember.

I read an alpha/omega manga where a guy pretended to be an omega so he could go home and relax every month and to have an easy life but I can't remember the title! He either was not an omega or didn't have symptoms but pretended to have to go home because of his "heat" every month.
