I believe it is shounen ai. The only scene I can remember is :

MC#1 just move in to the college dorm. His 3 roommates planned on welcoming him but he does not care, that made MC#2 to hate him. MC#1 has an illness and needs to take his medicine on time. One day, he failed to take the medicine because MC#2, who has the key, intentionally went back to the dorms VERY late, so MC#1 has no choice but to wait for him outside for a long time, and that made him sick.
MC#2 thought that what MC#1 is taking is just vitamins, so when he found out that it is a medicine to his illness, he felt so guilty of what he has done.

Its not the same but omg i just recently discovered "the painter behind the curtain" and its supeeer good! Its not finished yet but try it. Also if you havent read stigma read it. Hehe these two are my favorite underrated manhwas.
