Cleaning the anus using water is enough, but if want to use soap, use the mild one instead as to not irritate the skin. The skin of the anus is sensitive so you need to be delicate in cleaning it, so using cottonswab is not a good idea because it may tear the skin. (=・ω・=) btw, is your friend an asian, too?   reply
