If you go to their Twitter (I found the link through mangaupdates site) they posted saying they had hoped to be able to write to the proper conclusion, sorry and regretful they couldn’t but glad they were able to at least wrap it up. So not sure if it was a serialization issue, or health related.
So give the author some grace since they weren’t able to flesh out their story as much as they wanted to

They could just move out to fix things or literally date without consequences? Now this family thing does create “issues” and gives a different motivation for the characters. Adds depth.
Anyway this is really interesting! As others have said the omega heat depiction is really good. And good on the Alpha for trying so hard to resist. Also like in this universe the legal aspect of not getting with an omega in heat. I hope this comes out officially somewhere so I can support the author

Okay love this comic otherwise. But this communication issue is ridiculous. I feel bad for Aurora. Literally just tell him instead of saying things that can hurt feelings and cause misunderstandings. Also what’s wrong with just casually hanging and eating lunch etc.
Already found it weird in the last chapter for Sarah to “think about it” and leave things in limbo.
It’s what we’ve seen from Asa for a while now: what he believes to be morally correct ends up causing more harm than good, but he feels the need to stick with it for some sort of greater good that isn’t even that important.
He clearly told Aurora to leave his Gameboy behind, I guess Aurora is getting the message
Yes but Aurora being hurt to the point of going to take the game boy is sad. In my opinion it didn’t have to go that far.
Of course he did, otherwise Aurora wouldn't have understand that he's not chasing him out but just telling him to leave for now

If the author had to wrap up the main story without being able to do everything they wanted I don’t think side stories will be coming.
