It looks like the younger sister is either a reincarnation of the "child of the demon" or at least heavenly influenced by it, because just like in the fairytale she covets what isn't hers without ever being satisfied. And just like in the fairytale she won't ever be able to use any kind of magic.
The mother seems to somehow grasp what's going on, but she is much too worn out to bother to interfere.
Finally, the father is only interested in the money and fame that would come his way for being the saint's father. Otherwise, he doesn't seem to care about his family at all.
And just like the younger daughter he seems to be incapable of listening to others, even if his life depended on that. He and his youngest daughter are probably the only ones who don't know, that you can't use magic with a stolen blessing.
The ball scene at chapters 7 & 8 was somehow badly carried out.
I mean the king himself proclaimed the marriage between his brother and the urgently needed saintess from another world, and that dukes daughter and her minion really think they can change the kings decree by shaming the saintess publicly afterward?

I always wonder in this kind of story, how the ignorant relatives (stepmother and halfsister) did not mess up earlier.
Even if MC did all the work behind the scenes, if they don't even know the motto of the party of the guests names how did they survive the parties without anybody noticing their incompetence?
The backstory of the children was already sad enough, was there really a need to destroy the mom's and grandparents' souls for the 3 to be able to reincarnate together?

It's quite obvious, that the royal family wanted to get off MC after defeating the demon king to make the prince the sole hero. So the mage probably petrified him, so that he could escape into the future.
At the beginning of chapter 2, it is refreshing, that he acts immediately to protect his newfound daughter, but part of me wanted him to hide and watch until he catches all the abusers red-handed, especially the delusional mother.
And I hope he becomes a good father to his other children as well, since he seems to have ignored the inner palace completely until now.

I saw the spoiler and found out the secret (real reason) but for the sake of not ruining the story, let's just follow the context that were released in recent manga translations for now.. MC will head to the academy in the capital and won't be able to return to their territory for few years until graduation just like his siblings.
Based on the translated chapters you could also assume his ice magic is so special so he could be targeted for that as well
Regarding your two ideas, the timing does not fit. The parents were sad of loosing him, nearly right after his birth and at that time his siblings were still at home, and he was not able to wild ice magic.
I checked the chapter 1, was it right after he was tested in the church? The parents were worried for him that he might be targeted since he is special since the crystal ball for testing magic cracked, which means his magic power is special or he's strong but not detected by the church people since they were all focusing on his water magic attribute that seems weak for them.
