That was also what I am thinking but its possibility is so small and that option is somewhat out of the story because if cha shi-hoon is a god then where? so when I came across around this page in this link http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/soul_cartel/bt/mcw_chapter-222/pg-10/the most posibble scenario is that cha shi-hoon could be a new elected archangel or new devil seems both Lucifer and God have to be interested in cha shi hoon! they have too!
